CALLING HOUSTON'S BEST TILE SETTERS, PLUMBERS, CARPENTERS, FABRICATORS, & CRAFTSMEN

We'RE BRINGING TOGETHER THE BEST SKILLED TRADES IN HOUSTON

Simplicity Bath & Shower is a Katy-based Houston bathroom remodeler offering full-service design-build remodeling for bathrooms only. Our work includes design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile setting, fabrication, solid surface and porcelain slab installation, carpentry, trim work, painting, glass, and other specialty trades.

If you’d like to explore a potential long-term relationship with our company, this page is the place to start.

We have both employee and subcontractor opportunities in all trades, and we’re ALWAYS interested in getting to know the best skilled tradespeople in Houston.

Currently, we’d like to add talent to our existing team of performers in these trades:

Plumbing – Responsible Master Plumber (RMP).
Plumbing – TX-licensed trade plumber.
Tile Setting – Schluter-certified tile setters who can build TCNA-compliant work.
Solid Surface/Onyx Installation – skilled craftsmen who know how to build Onyx Collection and solid surface showers (or tile setters who are willing to learn).
Carpentry – Master carpenter who can build custom cabinets, bookshelves, wall shelves, insets, and install our semi-custom cabinets with excellence. We have many opportunities for the right person with this skill set.
Painting – We are looking for an individual painter or 2-man team who can handle full-cycle drywall repairs, tape, float, texture, and paint, and also cabinet sanding, repainting and staining. CLEAN, NEAT, & DETAIl-ORIENTED are a must.

If you’re looking for tile setter jobs, master plumber jobs, carpentry work, Onyx installer jobs, or any other bathroom-specific work in Houston or Katy, and you have the skills to do your job at the top 5% level (you’re better than 95 out of 100 guys), then let’s talk. Most of the time, tradesmen who reach out are currently employed, so we’ll always keep inquiries and calls confidential.

Whether your trade is on this list or not, if you’re very good at what you do, reach out to us at 832-304-5911 or simply fill out the form below and we’ll call you.

Here are your next steps:

Fill out the form at the bottom, then click SUBMIT. You do not need to attach any documents or files until AFTER we’ve talked. After we receive your contact info and details, we’ll reach out. This is our preferred contact method, but you can also call us at 832-304-5911 if you’d rather.
Once we’ve spoken, we’ll want to see pictures of your work and visit an active jobsite, if at all possible (if you’re currently employed, the jobsite visit won’t be possible). This usually tells us whether you have the skills and can produce the caliber of work we need. Unfortunately, many trades and installers in Houston say wonderful things about their skills, but produce very mediocre work and have sloppy jobsites. This is not who we’re looking for.
If we’ve spoken and you’ve been directed back here, please fill out the form again, then attach required items, so we can get you in our system. We need ALL required items in order to begin working together. If, for whatever reason, you cannot attach and submit required items, please email them to info@simplicitybath.com.

Keep reading below to learn more about our expectations (we’re not a typical Houston contractor) and how we operate at Simplicity Bath.

BUILD QUALITY, CLEANLINESS, & COMMUNICATION

THE THREE PILLARS OF OUR SERVICE

As an employee or trade partner of Simplicity Bath, it’s important to know we strive for excellence in ALL that we do. “Good enough” will NOT cut it here.

We define excellence through the 3 core pillars of our service:

Superior BUILD QUALITY: Industry-best techniques, high-quality materials, lasting workmanship, and attention to small details.
Thorough CLEANLINESS: As our employee or subcontractor, YOU are the cleanup crew. Careful prep and an organized, dust-managed jobsite are always mandatory.
Constant COMMUNICATION: We share info and run decisions up the ladder internally, and ask proper questions and keep clients “in the loop” externally.

"A" PLAYERS ONLY

OUR CLIENTS GET THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN HOUSTON

Since 2014, we’ve been hard at work building our reputation as the #1 most recommended, most trusted, and most reliable bathroom remodeler in Katy and West Houston.

To maintain the high standards that have been our hallmark since Day 1, we only work with top talent in the trades. Our employees and trade partners are truly some very special people. Anything less won’t work.

At Simplicity Bath, you’ll be respected, appreciated, paid well, and paid on-time.

Bathroom and shower remodels can be demanding, and we understand you need support and communication. Whether you’re an employee or a subcontractor of our company, we take very seriously our responsibility to equip you to produce your best work, and to be there when you have needs or questions on the project.

We look to you to help us serve the wonderful people who choose Simplicity to help them with their bathrooms. Our “make it happen” culture has fostered a team of winners who know what to do and how to do it, and aren’t afraid to make the effort to learn new things.

Being an “A” player requires BOTH a great attitude AND a great skill set – no excuses.

If this sounds like you, reach out to us. We’re always on the hunt for “A” players to join our team. Even if we don’t immediately have a spot for you, we’d like to build a relationship now. Things can change quickly, and when they do, our highly selective list of trusted names is the first place we turn – not job ads.

NO MORE CONTRACTOR B.S.

FOCUS ENTIRELY ON THE TRADE WORK YOU ENJOY

We offer a simple value proposition. As an employee or subcontractor of Simplicity, you get to focus on the work you do best, without the hassles that drag you down:

Not getting paid enough for the value you bring to the table.
Working for a jerk boss or manager.
Having to wait days or weeks to get paid because the “high end” contractor you’ve been working for can’t manage his cash flow.
Driving an annoying van that’s one step away from the scrap yard.
Constantly being told to work faster.
Being asked to rebuild things because the sales rep didn’t properly communicate project details.
Not having the best tools because your boss says you don’t need it, or he doesn’t want to spend the money.
Being told to focus on getting it done, instead of getting it done right.
Not getting the information and instructions you need to do your work properly.
Working for disorganized people who pin their lack of preparation on YOU.

If any of these sound like your current situation, we understand. Many of our guys experienced these exact things, and worse, working for other Houston contractors and bath companies. Quite frankly, most contractors shouldn’t be in business.

Whether you’re looking for a regular subcontractor relationship or a full-time job as a Houston tile-setter, if you’re a STUD at your trade, there’s no better contractor to work with than Simplicity!

Don’t settle for the situation you’re in. Reach out to us to see if we can get you better work, with better pay, around better people.
